Do you offer batch editing capabilities?

Batch edits can be made for scheduled earnings and deductions and also to time cards. Paycom users will have the option to select all employees or select specific employees that the batch edit will apply to.

Can I save my reporting criteria?

Custom reports can be saved and even shared with other users. When opening a saved report a date range can be entered and reported on and you can choose the report's format. You will also have the ability to edit the report settings.

What are examples of things I could track with Paycom's custom fields?

provide you with up to 250 drop down fields, text fields or date fields to track data. Examples of information you can track are: Using the drop down fields to track education level, hire source and termination reason. The text fields can be used to track training received, injury details and names of dependants. The last tracking method is date tracking - some dates you can track are CPR expiration, car tag expiration and insurance expiration.

Do I have to go to training to learn how to create HR reports?

Paycom provides you onsite training for payroll and our easy-to-use reporting features. It generally takes a new client 90 minutes of training or less to gain complete command of our system (including report writing). After your first payroll, you are assigned a dedicated payroll specialist familiar with your account who can assist you with all of your payroll, payroll tax and software related questions. Paycom also offers regular offsite training for customers.
