As a member of Paycom’s Marketing Department, your role is to support Paycom’s recruiting team with their marketing needs.

You’ll use your:
- Marketing expertise to develop a recruiting brand for Paycom’s Recruiting Department
- Creativity, AP-style copy writing, and Adobe graphic design skills in the development of the look and key messages for recruiting campaigns, printed materials, website content and tradeshow booth collateral
- Project management, event planning, and communication skills to assist the Recruiting Department in promoting special events, contests and awards
- Flexibility and positive attitude in completing any other tasks assigned

Journalism or similar degree preferred. Recruiting experience a plus. Must have in-depth knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and In-Design software. Portfolio of writing and design samples required for consideration (can bring to interview).
