- On-Boarding – Efficiently move employees through workflow processes by creating tasks, including submitting the W-4, verifying I-9 status and setting up payroll. You can also setup e-mail notifications to prompt for equipment installation (phone, computer, e-mail, etc.) to further optimize the process of bringing on a new employee.
- Off-Boarding – Ensure a seamless transition upon an employee’s departure by creating tasks such as conducting an exit interview, turning in security cards and changing employment status.

- Set up different groups of employees with different On-Boarding/Off-Boarding processes.
- Create checklists and specify which tasks need to be associated with a particular group of employees.
- Specify the task order of each checklist.
- Employees can view their active checklists and the status of each task from the To Do List on the Employee Self-Service menu.
- Employers will be able to manage their tasks and view employee checklist progression from the On-boarding Menu Dashboard.

- ESV replaces ink-on-paper signatures for most any application which increases completion rates and improves staff productivity.
- ESV is used with Paycom’s Document Management, which allows you to store employee-related forms electronically.
