Look Who’s New in the HR Break Room: Meet Host Morgan Beard

Great news for fans of the award-winning HR Break Room® podcast: It’s back! And episode 104 welcomes its new host, Morgan Beard. Grab your coffee and join him for timely conversations on hot HR topics with nationwide guests.

A Louisiana native, Beard brings more than seven years of broadcast experience to his role as the host for Paycom’s podcasts and webinars; most recently, he served as a sports anchor for the ABC affiliate in Tulsa, Oklahoma. During his television career at stations across the country, the travel enthusiast covered the NBA Finals, NFL playoffs and World Series.

“I’m grateful for the opportunity to bring my experience and passion to the HR Break Room,” said Beard, a Louisiana State University graduate. “I’m a big believer in innovation and collaboration and love being part of an organization like Paycom that’s leading the way in the HR tech industry. This week’s release of episode 104 marks Beard’s HR Break Room debut. His first guest is philanthropist, best-selling author and award-winning actor Hill Harper, who joins Beard for a discussion on championing diversity in the workplace.
